We’re looking for a transaction services specialist to support internal teams in our Tallinn office. The Transaction Services Specialist's primary focus is to support customer facing and non customer facing teams with billing & payment related operational processes & functions.

Your new adventure:

  • Handle complex frontline billing & payment escalations, including chargebacks defense and dispute management through to full resolution & root causation analysis
  • Support customer facing teams with billing & payment related processes & functions where necessary
  • Prepare and conduct trainings for customer facing teams on existing & new processes, and billing & payments capability releases
  • Facilitate the onboarding and retention (subscription renewal and changes) of high value manually billed & collected customers and consolidated accounts for the billing & payments function
  • Assist sales/success/partnerships with discounting and couponing account processes & actions for special agreements and/or promotions
  • Provide proactive support to engineering teams, product managers, customer support and retention by reaching out when necessary to customers to highlight and resolve process gaps & issues, ideally before the customer raises it
  • Assist enablement team/other internal teams with billing & payments related programs, projects, data management, analysis & cleansing and other assigned functional short & long term initiatives
  • Act as a Lead SME (Subject Matter Expert) and Own, Create and Maintain billing & payments related process content & documentation (both internal and external) for area of expertise
  • Collaborate with other finance functions & teams, product, support engineering, data teams and other internal stakeholders, related to identifying customer billing & payment pain points and/or areas for improvement of customer experience
  • Communicate with external billing & payment processing vendors and partners when necessary for resolving issues and driving process improvements
  • Actively support, test and provide feedback to new features, capabilities & functionality impacting billing & payments
