• Struggling to schedule and prioritize calls across multiple time zones? Calculating the right time to contact each lead or customer can be a hefty task, let alone deciding whom to call first based on their geographical location.
• Fret no more; LocalTime is here to streamline this process. Now you can effortlessly view the local times of all your leads and customers in the List view, sort them by time, and methodically work your way down the list, ensuring timely interactions.
• LocalTime utilizes the phone numbers of your contacts to accurately estimate their local time, taking the guesswork out of global communications.

Installation

• create a Custom field called “Local time” (or ask your Admin to do so). In the Contacts list, add the “Local time” column by clicking the cog and selecting “Local time”
• install the LocalTimes extension from the Pipedrive marketplace

First use

• from the Contact list screen, select the contacts you want to see the local time for
• click the 3 dots menu and click “Update Local time”
• the local time now appears in the Local time column
• sort your Leads or Contacts so you can see the local time
• repeat as you see fit
