Paycove turns the Pipedrive deal into the quote, the invoice and the payment plan. It charges on schedule, retries declined cards, and recovers the card fee where your state allows it. Each location's money lands in its own Stripe account and its own QuickBooks Online or Xero file.

What the integration does

• Plans built from the deal. Move a deal into a stage you've set up and Paycove builds the quote, invoice or payment plan from its fields and products, and adds a note with the link.

• Plans that run themselves. A deposit plus scheduled charges. Customers can also build their own plan inside the rules you set: minimum down, number of payments, fees.

• Declined cards retried, ACH offered. You hear about a payment only if it stays open.

• Card fees recovered. Where your state allows it, a disclosed surcharge is added at checkout, with ACH beside it at no card fee. It posts to the books as its own line.

• Each location's money in its own account. Every location gets its own template, Stripe account and QuickBooks Online or Xero file, run from one Pipedrive company account.

• The deal stays current. Each payment updates the deal, and a paid deal moves to your final "Paid" stage.

• Quotes signed online. Customers e-sign before the first payment.

Move a deal into a stage you've set up. Paycove builds the document from the deal and adds a note with the link. If a deal is already in one of those stages, Paycove imports it automatically. Plans charge on schedule, and each payment updates the deal.
