Description

Channelyze is cloud-based partner relationship management (PRM) software that simplifies the process of managing partners, helps you grow your sales channel and drives partner experience.

Now, you can use Pipedrive to manage channel sales, as well as direct sales by synchronizing channel sales generated through Channelyze with Pipedrive.

Channelyze lets you collaborate with your channel partners on leads and deals. It includes a powerful learning management system (LMS) that helps your partners learn about your products and provides "through partner marketing" capabilities, helping you amplify your marketing messages through your partner base.

Installation instructions

  1. If your organization doesn't have an account, create one at https://app.channelyze.io/account/signup.

  2. Within Channelyze, go to "Settings" and select the Integrations tab

  3. Locate the Pipedrive integration and click on the "MANAGE" button. Click on the "Enabled" button. Then, click on the "New Connection" button.

  4. Press the "Log in to Pipedrive" button and follow the instructions for signing in to Pipedrive and giving Channelyze access to the Pipedrive account

  5. Enter a name for the connection (or accept the default) and press "OK"

  6. Select "YES" from the Synchronize leads and deals dropdown and "Yes" from the Synchronize Partners dropdown

New leads, deals and partners added to Channelyze will now be synchronized to Pipedrive. If you wish to synchronize existing Channelyze leads and deals, press the "Transfer Leads and Deals to Pipedrive" button. If you wish to synchronize existing Channelyze partners, press the "Transfer Partners to Pipedrive" button.
