CompanyCam is a photo-based communication solution created for contractors, by contractors. Users can document their jobs with unlimited photos and videos—which are location and time-stamped and stored securely in the cloud. Every photo is organized by project and instantly available to your team, allowing everyone to see what’s going on anytime, anywhere.

The CompanyCam x Pipedrive integration makes it seamless to capture details on every job site and keep both your crew and your customers informed along the way. When a deal is created in Pipedrive, a project will automatically be created in CompanyCam and a link to the CompanyCam project will be auto-populated to the deal in Pipedrive.

Overview

The CompanyCam integration makes it easy to automatically set up projects from new Deals in Pipedrive. Once the project is set up, you can quickly reference photos or documents captured at the job site right from Pipedrive.

Setup Guide

1. Open CompanyCam On the left-hand side, under Resources, select Integrations.

2. Select the Pipedrive integration card and then click Connect.

3. Specify your Pipedrive domain. e.g. your-domain.pipedrive.com

4. Login into your Pipedrive account

Customize your workflow

If you only want a project to be created in CompanyCam when a Pipedrive Deal moves to a specific stage(s), make sure to list the names of the stages exactly in the Stage integration option.

For example, if you only want a project to be created when a Deal moves to the "Prospect Qualified" or "Contact Made" stages set the text box value to: "Prospect Qualified, Contact Made"

Using Pipedrive with CompanyCam

Once you have set up the integration between CompanyCam and Pipedrive, your projects should be created automatically!

You will also see a new note in Pipedrive with a link directly back to your CompanyCam project for quick access.
