DialNext automatically logs all inbound and outbound calls in Pipedrive, capturing important details such as call duration, direction, timestamp, and outcome. Every call is associated with the relevant record, giving teams complete visibility into customer interactions.

Log Every SMS

DialNext automatically records all inbound and outbound SMS conversations in Pipedrive. Messages are synced to the corresponding record, providing a centralized communication history that helps teams track conversations and maintain accurate customer records.

1. Login or Signup to your DialNext account.
2. In the left sidebar, click Integrations.
3. Look for Front & click the Integrate button.
4. You will be redirected to Front’s authorization page. Click Authorize to grant permission and connect DialNext with Front.
5. Once the authorization is complete, Front will redirect you back to DialNext.
6. Click Save Settings to begin logging calls and SMS messages to your Front account.
