BEFORE YOU START

A Pipedrive account with admin rights.
A Lokom account: sign up at app.lokom.org. The free plan covers 2 paid reps on one live plan.

SETUP, STEP BY STEP

Connect Pipedrive. Install Lokom from the Marketplace, or click "Connect Pipedrive" in Lokom. Authorise access to your deals, users and fields.
Set up your workspace: company name, time zone and language, then pick your pay period (monthly, quarterly or custom).
Pick participants. Choose which Pipedrive users earn commission.
Create a role, for example Account Executive, and set its quota and on-target earnings.
Build your first commission plan. Answer a few questions and Lokom suggests a rate, or design the rules yourself: base rate, bonuses, accelerators, thresholds and caps.
Run Stress Test before you activate the plan. It simulates payouts across performance levels and flags cliffs, uncapped payouts and overspend.
Invite your team.

EVERY PERIOD

Deals sync from Pipedrive automatically. Review the deals, check the numbers, close the period, export for payroll. Every payout links back to the deals that produced it.
