Getting Started with Monday Connector

Step 1: Install the App

Click "Install" and authorize the app to access your Pipedrive account. You'll be redirected to complete the setup.

Step 2: Connect Your Monday.com Account

• Click "Connect to Monday.com" in the Settings panel
• Log in to your Monday.com account and authorize access

Step 3: Configure Your Workspace & Board

• Select the Monday.com workspace where you want to sync data
• Choose the board where Pipedrive deals, contacts, or organizations will be synced

Step 4: Link Items Manually

• Open any Pipedrive deal, contact, or organization
• Use the Monday.com sidebar to create and link a Monday.com item, or link to an existing one
• Available on all plans

Step 5: Automate the Sync (Professional Plan)

• Define a trigger: choose an entity (Deal, Person, or Organization) and an event (Created, Updated, or Deleted)
• Add conditions — e.g., "Deal stage = Won" or "Deal value > $10,000" — using the condition builder.
• Choose an action: create a Monday.com item once, or create and continuously sync it.
• Map Pipedrive fields to Monday.com board columns (e.g., Deal Value → Budget) as part of the rule.
