Installation & Setup:

• To integrate MSG91 seamlessly with Pipedrive, follow these steps:
• Go to Pipedrive's Marketplace and search for the MSG91 Plugin for Pipedrive.
• Click "Install Now" to add the MSG91 Plugin to your Pipedrive account. Ensure successful extension installation.
• Go to the MSG91 Dashboard and obtain your MSG91 Authentication Key (AuthKey).
• Within Pipedrive, access MSG91 Segmento through the menu by clicking on the three horizontal stripes (menu icon).
• Inside Segmento, click on "Add Phonebook." Choose the specific phonebook you want to map with Pipedrive.
• Open the Pipedrive phonebook data mapping window. Map prospect variables from Pipedrive into their corresponding fields in MSG91 Segmento. Customize the mapping based on your business needs.
• Once mapping is complete, your deals and contacts in Pipedrive will sync with MSG91 Segmento.
• This synchronization ensures streamlined contact management, campaign launches, and traceable communication logs.

Uninstallation guide:

• Log into your Pipedrive account
• Access the Developer Hub from the Username Dropdown menu.
• Locate the MSG91 Plugin in the list of installed plugins.
• Click on "Uninstall" or "Remove" next to the MSG91 Plugin.
