Description

Save loads of manual copy-pasting from one system to another while maximizing the data the sales and marketing persons have from their materials. Seidat&Pipedrive integration will automate all aspects of material creating related to deals.

The integration can be used automatically or manually.

Automation

When the automation is triggered, by either moving a deal to a selected stage or the deal filter is met, the automation will copy and update a template from Seidat with all key information. A link will be created and added to Pipedrive's deal.

Link opens and eSignature status is tracked and Pipedrive actions are created once there are customer actions.

Your meeting notes are automatically added to the deal from Seidat.

Manual

Your Pipedrive users can copy a presentation and create links to it directly from Pipedrive. They also get all the functionality, like link open tracking, eSign tracking, and automated actions based on the actions as well as automatically updated meeting notes from Seidat.

Steps:

  1. Click "Install now"
  2. Click "Allow and install"
  3. Go to your Seidat team's Team Settings. Click here for direct access. If you do not have a Seidat team yet, you can create one here.
  4. Generate a new API key and label it so you recognize it in the future. Press "Click to reveal" and copy+paste the key.
  5. Go back to step 1's tab. Paste the key and press "Save"
  6. You can see the installed app in the Marketplace apps tab under "Settings" and "Tools and Apps" or in the Pipedrive Marketplace

  1. Log in to Pipedrive and open https://pipedrive.seidat.com/ integration page.
  2. Click "Create new automation".
  3. Name the presentation.
  4. Select either stage or filter as a trigger.
  5. Select action.
  6. Choose a target presentation to be used with the automation.
  7. Choose how the new presentation name will be created.
  8. Select replaceable texts
  9. Select tags
  10. Choose Optional Pipedrive activities. If left untoggled no activities are created. Activities can be created from link opens and when eSign status is changed to "Signed"
