The Smart Czech Names by Dáváme app brings Czech name declension directly into your Pipedrive, allowing you to generate personalized salutations according to Czech grammar such as:

👉 “Vážený pane Novotný”, “Vážená paní Novotná”, or “Vážený Pane Petře Novotný” — all in perfect Czech grammar.

No more awkward or generic greetings — just smooth, automated personalization that sounds like a human wrote it.

🧠 Automatically generate Czech salutation based on contact name
📝 Choose between three salutation types:

• Full name → pane Petře Novotný
• Last name → pane Novotný
• First name → pane Petře

⚙️ Works organization-wide – settings apply to all users in your company
🔒 Only an Admin can install/uninstall the app (for better control)
💬 Compatible with email templates, automations, and workflow actions
🧩 Smart logic – if a name doesn’t match the selected type (e.g., missing last name), no changes are made

Important: FIRST INSTALATION NEEDS TO BE DONE BY ADMIN

1. Install the App:
   • Begin by installing the app from the Pipedrive Marketplace/direct link.
2. Access App Settings:
   • After installation, you’ll be directed to the app settings to customize your experience.
3. Select Salutation/Oslovení Custom Field:
   • In the settings, choose your "Oslovení" custom field—specifically designed for storing this value.
4. Select preferred salutation type:
   • In the settings, you can also choose your preferred type of salutation. Examples for "Petr Novotný"
     • Celým jménem - pane Petře Novotný
     • Příjmením - pane Novotný
     • Křestním jménem - pane Petře
   • You can choose which preposition will precede the salutation.

🔧 Uninstallation

Only the Admin who originally installed the app can uninstall it — simply click the Uninstall button in the app settings.
