Send SMS from a contact Open “Send SMS with SMSMobileAPI” from a person’s details to access the sending form. Choose their number, write your message and send it through your connected mobile. Customers can reply directly to your number. Sync incoming replies New SMS received on your mobile and synchronized with SMSMobileAPI are added to the matching Pipedrive contact’s notes, giving your team context for every follow-up.

Track mobile calls Bring missed, incoming and outgoing call records into contact notes, including the date, connected mobile and duration when available. Automate follow-ups Create SMS rules for new contacts, new deals or won deals. Personalize messages with the contact’s name or deal title. Stay in control Choose which activity to synchronize and review processing statuses and errors in your SMSMobileAPI dashboard. Getting started is simple: sign in to SMSMobileAPI, open Pipedrive and authorize your account. Keep your Android mobile connected and use international-format contact numbers.

1. Create your SMSMobileAPI account Visit https://smsmobileapi.com/connect to get started. Existing customers can use their current account.
2. Connect your Android mobile Install the SMSMobileAPI Android app and link it to your account. Grant the permissions required for the SMS and call features you want to use. Keep the mobile online with an active SIM capable of sending and receiving SMS.
3. Prepare your Pipedrive contacts Save contact phone numbers in international format, including the country code, for example +32498123456. Each number should identify one contact.
4. Authorize Pipedrive Sign in at https://dashboard.smsmobileapi.com/, open the Pipedrive menu and select “Connect securely with Pipedrive”. Sign in to the correct Pipedrive company and approve the requested permissions. Start this process from SMSMobileAPI.
5. Choose your settings Select your sending mobile and enable the activity you want to synchronize: incoming SMS, SMS sent from your mobile, and missed, incoming or outgoing calls.
6. Test the connection Send an SMS to a test contact, reply from their phone and check the synchronization log. New replies and call records appear in the contact’s notes after processing.
7. Add optional automations Create and enable SMS rules for new contacts, new deals or won deals. No coding or personal server setup is required. An SMSMobileAPI subscription and mobile plan charges may apply.
