Already using Warmly?

  1. Open Warmly and navigate to Integrations.
  2. Find Pipedrive and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to the Pipedrive settings page, then click Get Started.
  3. A Pipedrive OAuth window will appear. Log in, review permissions, and click Allow and Install.
  4. After connecting, you’ll see this message: “Confirm your Pipedrive setup and field mapping before the initial sync. This may take 10–60 minutes depending on your CRM size.”
  5. Enable the relevant toggles, then click Finish setup and sync to start the initial sync (contacts and companies).

Once complete, Warmly will automatically create/update Pipedrive person and organization records as new website visitors are identified.
