Integrating with Worktual, Pipedrive allows direct communication with the customers which offers the ability to click to call, send SMS, email and chat to the customers from the Worktual.

With Worktual Contact Centre you can:

1. User can chat / call with the customers directly using Worktual application from Pipedrive.
2. User can handle the overall customer journey based on conversations from omnichannel such as Call, Email, SMS, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and chatbot.
3. User can use a "click to call" features from Pipedrive.
4. Customer Conversation from any channel may transfer between the Agent, Supervisor (or) Admin.
5. User can create activity after ending the disposition status from Worktual and it creates a contact activity from Pipedrive.

1. User should log into the Pipedrive marketplace and search 'Worktual Contact Centre' application.
2. Confirm the application with "Allow and Install" to grant permission for accessing the Pipedrive account and Click "Install Now" the Worktual Contact Centre application.
3. Login to the Worktual application in the Pipedrive account.
4. User should able to access to make / attend the call from Pipedrive application.
