• Sync your Pipedrive contacts with the Bird CDP
• Send broadcast blasts to target audiences on Email, SMS, WhatsApp and other popular chat apps
• Trigger workflows and automations within Bird when events happen in Pipedrive
• Launch intelligent chatbots to automate communications with customers
• Receive updates, alerts, and notifications in Pipedrive when important events occur in MessageBird
• Connect to Bird's Inbox product and view updates for assigned conversations

Go to Bird CRM, then to the Connectors Marketplace. From there:

1. Find and select the Pipedrive connector
2. Click "Install Pipedrive"
3. Name your connector instance
4. Click "Log in", then authorize Bird to access your Pipedrive data in the pop-up window
