Installation instructions

Installation

  1. Install the dialfire App in your Pipedrive account.
  2. You need to log in to your Pipedrive account and share access to your data. You will then be redirected to dialfire where you can either log in to an existing dialfire account or create a new account. It's important that your user has administrator rights in dialfire.
  3. After successful login, you will be redirected to the app configuration page.

Configuration

Data synchronization is based on pipeline stages in Pipedrive and campaigns in dialfire, i.e., all deals within the specified stage are transferred to dialfire for further processing. Calls and call recordings made in dialfire show up in the activity list of the Pipedrive deal.

  1. Select the desired pipeline and stage in Pipedrive and a dialfire campaign template. Click the Plus-Button to create a new connection.
  2. Click the Pencil-Button to configure your new connection.
  3. Select the fields of your deals, persons and organizations that should be shared with dialfire.
  4. Click the Pencil-Button again to apply your changes.
  5. Click the Synchronize-Button to start the data synchronization.

Now, you can log in to your dialfire account and start calling.
