• Add Pipedrive contacts as a guests to events scheduled on Google or Outlook calendars and GReminders will send your contacts reminders of their upcoming meetings.
• If you have synced Pipedrive to your Google or Outlook calendar, just add Pipedrive contacts as a guests when you schedule an activity in Pipedrive. Your contacts will receive automated SMS reminders of the activity.
• Ask contacts to confirm their appointments and receive confirmation as an SMS message and/or email and see each confirmation as a checkmark on your Google, Outlook or Pipedrive calendar.

Keep a record of reminders sent to contacts in Pipedrive!

• When GReminders sends a reminder to Pipedrive contacts, a record of each reminder will be logged in Pipedrive as a Note against the contact.

Eliminate the back-and-forth of scheduling using automated online scheduling!

• GReminders automated online scheduling allows prospects and contacts to schedule their appointments onto your calendar.
• When new prospects schedule meetings, their contact information will be added to Pipedrive contacts.
• Events will appear on your Google or Outlook calendar and in Pipedrive.
• The system will send SMS or email reminders automatically when contacts book their own appointments, just as if you had booked the meeting yourself.

Step 2: Click on "Integrations" from the main menu

Step 3: Scroll down until you find Pipedrive

Step 4: Select "Setup/Setup Now" and enter your Pipedrive credentials

Step 5: Choose your setup options:

Option #1: Pull best phone number from contacts This is selected by default. It allows GReminders to pull contact data, including phone numbers to send SMS reminders on activities.

Option #2: Log notification against the matching contact as an activity When selected, GReminders will writeback reminders as notes against the matching contact.

Option #3 Automatically create contact IF contact does not exist When using GReminders automated scheduling, new contact information is added to Pipedrive's contacts.

Option #4 Create event in Pipedrive when new meeting is booked Select this option if you have not synced Pipedrive to Google or Outlook. An activity is created in Pipedrive when using GReminders' automated scheduling.

Note: You must be an administrator on your GReminders account to set up the integration.
