For Existing Ginni AI Users

• Login to Ginni AI – Use your Google or Microsoft account.
• Ensure You're on the Right Plan – CRM integrations are available on the Grow and Scale plans. If you're on the Start plan, go to Billing in Settings to upgrade.
• Navigate to Integrations – Go to Settings → Integrations in your dashboard.
• Connect Pipedrive – Click “Connect” next to Pipedrive.
• Authorize Access – Log in to Pipedrive and approve permissions.

For New Users

• Sign Up – Visit Ginni.ai and sign up using your Google or Microsoft account.
• Choose a Plan – Select the Grow or Scale plan to unlock CRM integrations.
• Add your company details to finish setting up your organization.
• Navigate to Integrations – Go to Settings → Integrations in your dashboard.
• Connect Pipedrive – Click “Connect” next to Pipedrive.
