Important: This Pipedrive CRM connector only works If you are an existing customer of Global Call Forwarding and has activated the option for Pipedrive CRM Softphone integration
To activate the option for Pipedrive CRM Softphone integration follow the steps 1 to 4:
Login to your Global Call Forwarding account with your e-mail and password https://newcp.globalcallforwarding.com/login
On your control panel, in the "Services" menu you will see the “Integration” option, click on it
Click on "Integrate" option corresponding to Pipedrive CRM Softphone integration
You must choose the PINs (User IDs) you would like to activate the extension and click "Continue"
To use this connector, in the Settings tab of the Global Call Forwarding Softphone desktop app, select the "Integrations" submenu, and click on the "Activate CRM Connector" button under Pipedrive CRM logo. Then sign in with your Pipedrive account and confirm connection
