Before you start

• A Heymarket account on the Plus plan or above — if you don't have one, sign up at heymarket.com.
• Pipedrive admin permissions (required to authorize access).

Install & connect (from the Pipedrive Marketplace)

1. Install the Heymarket app from the Pipedrive Marketplace and approve the requested access scopes.
2. Connect your Heymarket workspace — you're redirected to Heymarket to log in, or create an account if you're new (your install resumes automatically after sign-in).
3. Authorize access to your Pipedrive contacts and activities (requires admin permissions).
4. You're returned to Pipedrive — the integration is now active.

(Already a Heymarket user? You can also connect from Heymarket → Integrations → Pipedrive.)

Configure sync preferences and messaging settings

In Heymarket → Integrations → Pipedrive:

• Choose your sync direction: Pipedrive → Heymarket (import people as contacts), Heymarket → Pipedrive (push contacts back), or both.
• Turn on activity logging to write Heymarket conversations to the person's Pipedrive timeline.
• Map custom fields between Pipedrive and Heymarket.

Start messaging customers directly from Pipedrive

• Open any Person in Pipedrive and message the contact from the Heymarket panel — SMS, MMS, RCS, or email.
• Replies land in your shared Heymarket inbox and, with activity logging on, on the Pipedrive record.
