• Know your caller’s name, who their representative is, their sales history and pending deals – all previewed in a caller modal, all pulled from your Pipedrive data set.

• For more detailed data entry, go directly into the Pipedrive record related to the caller.

• Jot down notes in the Ooma Office call modal and select where in Pipedrive to save these – in a leads, deals, or contacts screen.

• Minimize duplicate entry challenges; your notes are saved directly to Pipedrive.

Connecting Ooma Office Pro with Pipedrive is straight forward.

For existing Ooma Office Accounts

1. Request your admin to enable Pipedrive in the admin portal for your account. When integration is enabled, all users in the account will see the “Connect” option for Pipedrive in their Desktop Application’s Integration page.

2. Press “Connect” and follow the prompts. This includes providing login credentials for your Pipedrive account and granting permissions to access Pipedrive data.

3. Once connected matched contact information will automatically appear in your Ooma Office Desktop Application on incoming and outgoing calls.

4. You will also be given the option to import contacts from Pipedrive to your Personal contacts tab. Note your phone contact data must use a 10 digit number syntax as supported by NANP to import correctly. This will be removed if you disconnect the app.

New Ooma Office Users

1. First, navigate to this page: and choose the Pro Plus plan to download.

2. Once downloaded, set up the admin portal and assign an admin.

3. Follow the steps above to enable the connection with Pipedrive
