Description

Stop switching between Outlook and Pipedrive. This add-in brings your CRM directly into your inbox as a sidebar — so you can sell instead of toggling tabs.

When you open an email or meeting, the add-in auto-matches participants to their Pipedrive profiles. You'll see contact details, organization info, labels, and pinned notes instantly. If a sender isn't in Pipedrive yet, create a new contact or lead with one click — emails, phones, and organization pre-filled.

Every deal linked to that contact appears alongside the conversation. Track stages, values, and pipelines at a glance. Move deals between stages, mark them as won or lost, or create new deals — all without leaving Outlook.

Activities stay visible too. View upcoming and overdue tasks, log calls and meetings, and mark them done as you go. The add-in can auto-detect outgoing emails and meetings, extract participants, and batch-log activities to multiple contacts at once.

Add notes tied to any contact or deal. Pin important ones to the top. Everything syncs to Pipedrive in real-time so your entire team stays in the loop.

Installation instructions

No account creation needed — sign in with your Pipedrive account and you're ready to go.

Step 1: Install the Outlook Add-in Open Microsoft AppSource or search for "Pipedrive Integration" in Outlook's add-in store (Home → Get Add-ins). Click "Add" and follow the prompts.

Step 2: Open the Add-in In Outlook, open any email and click the Pipedrive Integration icon in your toolbar. The sidebar will appear on the right side of your inbox.

Step 3: Sign in with Pipedrive Click "Sign in with Pipedrive." A browser window opens where you log into your Pipedrive account and grant the add-in access. No separate registration — your account is created automatically.

Step 4: Start using it Once authorized, the sidebar loads your CRM data. Open any email and the add-in auto-matches the sender to their Pipedrive contact. You'll see their details, deals, activities, and notes right away.

That's it — setup takes under 30 seconds.
