Step 1: Create your PepoSmart account Sign up a free plan at app.peposmart.com. No credit card needed.
Step 2: Connect Pipedrive Go to Booking Integrations → Pipedrive and click "Connect." Authorize access in Pipedrive and you'll be redirected back automatically.
Step 3: Create a booking event Set up your first event type (e.g., "30-min Discovery Call") with available time slots, meeting location (Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams), and any custom questions for invitees.
Step 4: Share your booking link Send your link to prospects. When someone books, PepoSmart automatically creates/updates the contact in Pipedrive, logs the meeting as an activity, and attaches booking details
