Step 1: Get a Profinder B2B License

To use the integration, you’ll need an active Profinder B2B subscription. If you’re not yet a customer, visit profinder.fi and contact our sales team to purchase a license.

Step 2: Request Access to the Pipedrive Integration

Once your license is active, the Profinder Customer Success team will enable the Pipedrive Integration for your account.

Step 3: Generate Your API Key

After integration access is granted:

Log in to your Profinder account

Go to Settings

Generate your API Key

Keep this key safe – you’ll need it during the installation

Step 4: Install the Integration from Pipedrive

Go to the Pipedrive Marketplace and search for Profinder Integration

Click Install and authenticate using your Pipedrive credentials

When prompted, enter your Profinder API Key to activate the connection

Step 5: Configure Your Setup

Open the Profinder app inside Pipedrive

Go to Settings → Field Mapping

Map Profinder fields (e.g., Business ID) to your Pipedrive custom fields

You can also enable automatic sync and import custom lists
