Setup and Installation Instructions
After installing the application, follow these steps to set up and start using the integration:
Step 1: Log in to Your V-office Account Open the login page: https://v-office.ats.am/login. Enter your login credentials (phone number and password) and sign in.
Step 2: Integrate with Pipedrive Navigate to the CRM integration page: https://v-office.ats.am/crm_integration. Copy your Pipedrive URL (e.g., https://example.pipedrive.com) and paste it into the integration field. Click "Save" to complete the integration setup.
Step 3: Configure SIP Numbers In your V-office account, go to the SIP settings page: https://v-office.ats.am/sip_number. Match your SIP numbers with the corresponding settings and click "Save".
SIP Setup (for MicroSIP)
To use SIP functionality, configure your MicroSIP client with the following settings:
SIP Server: usip.ats.am:8934
SIP Number Password: Retrieve your password from https://v-office.ats.am/sip_number. If you encounter a password error when trying to make a call, immediately dial *555 to resolve the issue.
