Getting started with VeloConnect in Pipedrive is quick and requires no complex setup.

1. Install the VeloPlatform app from the Pipedrive Marketplace.
2. Log in or create a VeloPlatform account if you are a new user.
3. Connect your preferred messaging channels (WhatsApp, Viber, SMS) inside the VeloPlatform interface.
4. Open any Deal, Contact, or Organization in Pipedrive.
5. Access the VeloPlatform panel (iframe) directly within the page.
6. Start sending messages — contact details such as phone numbers will be automatically filled in.

You can also:

1. Schedule messages for later delivery
2. Use bulk selection in Contacts or Organizations to send messages to multiple recipients

All sent and scheduled messages will be automatically tracked in Pipedrive Activities.
