To get started, simply follow the steps:

1. Click the “Install now” button at the top-right corner.
2. A new tab will open – log in to your Pipedrive account.
3. On the next screen, grant access by clicking “Allow” or “Grant Access”.
4. Log in using your CallHippo credentials.
5. Once installed, access the AI Voice Agent from the side panel of your CallHippo dashboard.
6. Click “Create Your Own AI Agent”.
7. Add your website link to help the AI learn, or upload a script file manually.
8. Paste the URL and hit Submit to activate.
9. Choose the number of websites or knowledge base sources you want the agent to scan.
10. Your AI Voice Agent is now ready.
11. Click “Test” to try it out or start a conversation to train it further.
12. Use the Settings tab to customize your agent as needed.
