Step 3: Open WhatsApp on your device and navigate to the "Linked Devices" section.

Step 4: In the "Linked Devices" section, you will find a QR code. Using your device, scan the QR code to link your WhatsApp account with ControlHippo.

Step 5: Once your account is successfully synced, all the chats from your linked WhatsApp account will be displayed in the chat list within our platform.

Step 6: To build a shared inbox, you can scan multiple numbers using our platform. This allows you to centralize all your conversations in one place.

Step 7: By switching between the numbers through the filter option, you can easily view and manage the chats from all the linked numbers.

Step 8: To enhance your productivity, you can integrate different CRM systems with ControlHippo.

Step 9: To integrate a CRM, click on the "Integrations" tab within our platform. This will direct you to the integration page where you can choose and connect the CRM that suits your needs.
