An app extension for agents to control customer interactions within Genesys Cloud directly in Pipedrive

Click Install Now to begin the installation process.

Review the required scopes and select Allow and Install.

Once the installation is successful, return to Pipedrive and select Tools and Integrations from your profile menu.

Select Marketplace apps in the left sidebar.

Under Genesys Cloud for Pipedrive, select Settings.

Ensure the correct region is selected for your Genesys Cloud environment and save the settings if needed.

Refresh Pipedrive and access the softphone in your My Apps toolbar. Once logged into Genesys Cloud, you can easily search for Pipedrive contacts when creating a new voice interaction or enable click-to-call by selecting Genesys Cloud for Pipedrive as your calling method.
