Install and connect

Install the app from the Pipedrive Marketplace and complete the authorization flow to connect your Pipedrive account.

After Pipedrive authorization, setup continues in Shopify. From the Shopify app, you can link the integration to your store and manage the connection.

Sync existing customers

Existing Shopify customers can be synced manually from the Shopify app’s Customers page.

You can search, sort, select customers, and sync up to 1,000 selected customers at a time to Pipedrive.

Ongoing updates

After setup, new and updated Shopify customer records sync automatically to Pipedrive through Shopify webhooks.
