Installation Steps

Install the App : Click the installation link to get started.
Connect Channels
- Twilio SMS
  - Log in to your Twilio account.
  - Copy the Account SID and Auth Token.
  - Paste them into the app to authenticate and click Authorize.
- RingCentral SMS
  - Click Authorize to connect your RingCentral account.
- WhatsApp Business
  - Follow the link.
- Personal WhatsApp
  - Connect via QR Code
- Twilio Call
  - Log in to Twilio. Copy Account SID and Auth Token. Paste them into the app and click Authorize.
Send SMS / WhatsApp from Pipedrive
Open Contacts in Pipedrive. In the contact's detail view, the HelloSend DM panel auto-fills the "From" and "To" fields. Compose a message or select a template. Sent and received messages are logged in Notes/Activities. Access HelloSend via the menu icon in the DM panel.
Call from Pipedrive
Open Contacts in Pipedrive. Click the Click-to-Call icon next to the contact's phone number to initiate a call. Call logs are automatically saved in the Activities of the corresponding record.
