Quin is your smart assistant that captures notes, creates tasks, drafts follow-ups, and updates your CRM—so you don’t have to. Whether you’re texting, emailing, or messaging Quin in-app, it takes care of the busywork so you can stay focused on your clients.

Once you connect Quin to Pipedrive, Quin keeps your records up to date and your pipeline moving—all without interrupting your flow.

With Quin, you can:

  • Capture meeting notes by sending a quick message
  • Automatically create follow-up tasks and calendar invites
  • Draft emails and update Pipedrive fields without logging in
  • Summarize past meetings and prep for upcoming ones
  • Ask questions like “What did I last say to this client?”
  • Turn photos of handwritten notes or business cards into updates
  • Send updates on the go via text or email

You can even customize how Quin responds by setting guidelines—add your preferences for tone, formatting, follow-up style, and more. Quin learns how you like things done and applies that every time.

Just message Quin with what you need—notes, updates, follow-ups, or questions. Quin understands your intent, formats everything properly, and syncs it back to Pipedrive.

Setup guide for Quin

Install the app

  1. Log in to your Quin account.
  2. Navigate to Account Settings > Integrations.
  3. Click Add Integration.
  4. Select Pipedrive from the list of available integrations.
  5. Follow the authentication prompts:
  6. Select your Pipedrive account.
  7. Review the requested access scopes. Quin requests permission to read and write contact records.
  8. Click Connect app.
  9. You’ll be redirected to the Quin Integrations page, where your Pipedrive integration will now appear as active.

Once connected, Quin will automatically keep your Pipedrive contacts in sync with your ongoing conversations and notes.

Examples:

  • You jot down a note like “Spoke to Sarah Chen from Acme Corp about Q3 budget”—Quin pulls Sarah’s info from Pipedrive and attaches the note to her record.
  • You ask, “What did I last talk to Daniel Lee about?”—Quin pulls Daniel’s latest activity and contact info from Pipedrive in real time.
  • You mention a company name in conversation—Quin finds the matching record in Pipedrive and syncs any updates you add.

No manual steps needed—just work naturally, and Quin keeps your CRM clean and current.
