Pipedrive users can now set up Google Meet video calls directly from our CRM, as long as they have the integration. This means there are now three great video call integrations with Pipedrive: Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.
As with the other two integrations (which you can read about here), you can choose Google Teams from a drop-down menu in the ‘Meeting details’ view.
These calls can be set up in either our Scheduler or when you’re scheduling an activity.
When you add guests to a call in the Activities view, the video call links will be sent to them in the Activity Invite emails. If they have calendar sync active, then the video call links are also visible in their calendar
