Pipedrive awarded the “Diverse workplace” label by the Estonian Human Rights Centre

New York, September 15, 2022 - Pipedrive, the global sales-first CRM and intelligent revenue management platform for small businesses, announced today that the company has been awarded the “Diverse workplace” label by the Estonian Human Rights Centre.

The “Diverse workplace” label reflects an organization’s dedication to supporting diversity and thereby a better working environment and society. It’s the second time Pipedrive receives the recognition for the promotion of diversity and inclusion in the company.

“I am proud that there are so many companies, public sector institutions and non-governmental organizations in Estonia that respect equal treatment and inclusive organizational culture. Their meaningful work of creating inclusive workplaces is a great example for others. As of today, 178 employers have signed the diversity charter and 49 organizations receive the diverse workplace label, Pipedrive among them. These organizations have in common their interest in creating a respectful work culture and they believe in achieving success with the help of diverse experiences. Collaboration is key to ensuring that work environments support people’s full potential and that equal treatment is honored among Estonian employers,” said Helen Talalaev, Head of Diversity and Inclusion Programme at the Estonian Human Rights Centre.

“We are so proud to receive the recognition for a diverse and inclusive workplace. Pipedrive’s success story would not be possible without our people and unique culture. A diverse, inclusive, equal and constantly evolving workplace, including people with different backgrounds and life experiences, brings better ideas and fosters innovative solutions for our customers. As an employer, Pipedrive is committed to building the best employee experience for our people, taking real steps for encouraging meaningful change and providing an engaging environment for all team members,” commented Anet Cassandra Tanneberg, Employee Experience Manager at Pipedrive.

Estonian Human Rights Centre (EHRC) is an independent non-governmental human rights advocacy organization. EHRC was founded in December 2009 and has quickly developed to be the most well-known human rights NGO in Estonia. EHRC’s mission is to create an Estonia that respects the human rights of every person. The Centre’s vision for 2025 is that Estonia is an open society where human rights are important and guaranteed by the state, and everyone knows that their rights and the rights of others deserve protection.

The ‘Diverse workplace’ label was created by the Ministry of Social Affairs and is awarded by the Estonian Human Rights Centre. It is valid for two years. This year marks the third time the labels are being awarded. Today’s award will recognize not only first-time recipients of the label but also those who have had the validity of their labels extended, including Pipedrive, Telia and Prisma Family Market.
