Pipedrive Ranked as 3rd Best Employer in the ICT sector in Estonia

New York, 3 June, 2021 - Pipedrive, the leading CRM for sales and marketing teams, announced today that the company has been ranked as the 3rd best employer in the ICT sector in Estonia. The top employer study is conducted in Estonia every two years by Kantar Emor, the leading data, insight, and business consulting company in Estonia, established in 1990.

According to Startup Estonia, Estonia has a vibrant and welcoming startup community home to more than 1000 startups and 7 unicorns. As the share of the Estonian ICT sector has continued to grow year after year, the objective of the survey was to find out IT specialists’ expectations of employers, most reputable employers, and the reputation of various companies as employers in Estonia. According to the latest survey, Pipedrive is one of the top 3 employers in the Estonian ICT sector and has kept this position since 2019.

When choosing an employer, companies that offer a stable job, provide a pleasant and relaxed work atmosphere, value their employees and offer them competitive salaries, use modern technologies, and offer versatile development opportunities have the most attractive benefits in the eyes of IT professionals. Data showed already in 2019 that all target groups and socio-demographic groups appreciate the possibility of remote work and home office, plus flexibility in organizing their work. Unsurprisingly, the spread of the global pandemic has significantly increased IT professionals’ preference for remote work mostly or all the time.

The study by Kantar Emor took place from 22 March till 11 April, 2021, and 655 IT specialists were surveyed. The survey results suggest that Pipedrive is the 3rd best employer in Estonia, Microsoft/Skype and Wise (TransferWise) are the top 2 employers in Estonia, respectively.
