Pipedrive ranks among Estonia’s most attractive employers in Instar’s 2026 survey

New York, September 3, 2026 - Pipedrive, the easy and intelligent CRM for small and medium-sized businesses, has been recognized among Estonia’s most attractive employers according to the annual employer brand survey conducted by Instar, an employer branding agency established in 2007. In the 2026 rankings, Pipedrive was recognized as the 2nd most attractive employer among IT students and 5th among experienced employees in Estonia.

Pipedrive’s 2026 Instar rankings at a glance:

  • Study: Instar’s 2026 Most Attractive Employers survey

  • Participants: nearly 4,000 students, vocational students and working professionals

  • Pipedrive #2 (out of 326 employers) among IT students

  • Pipedrive #5 (out of 478 employers) among experienced employees

The two rankings reflect Pipedrive’s appeal across different stages of working life, from IT students preparing to enter the industry to experienced professionals considering their next career move.

“Employer reputation is built through the experiences people have with a company, not through what a company says about itself,” said Jaime Newbery, VP of People & Culture at Pipedrive. “Being recognized by both IT students and experienced professionals tells us that Pipedrive continues to resonate with people at very different stages of their careers. For us, the challenge is not simply to attract great people, but to create an environment where curiosity, continuous learning, different perspectives and ambition can continue to thrive once they join us.”

Instar’s 2026 research provides insight into what people increasingly expect from their employers. Among students, equal and fair treatment was identified as the most important factor influencing employer choice, followed by competitive compensation and job stability. Recommendations from existing employees also remain an important source of information when people evaluate their future employers.

Founded in 2010 in Estonia, Pipedrive has grown from a local technology startup into an international company serving more than 105,000 businesses globally. Pipedrive has 800 employees, with half of them working in Tallinn and Tartu, the company’s two offices in Estonia. Pipedrive’s diverse workforce represents 50+ nationalities, with women comprising 44% of the team. The company’s focus on creating an inclusive and engaging work environment, combined with learning opportunities, flexible ways of working and a people-first culture has made it one of Estonia’s most recognized tech employers over the years.

Instar has conducted its nationwide employer reputation and workplace expectations study annually since 2010.
