Pipedrive partners with UNITED24 to rebuild schools in Ukraine

The company's new Ukraine support program focuses on delivering assistance directly to the local communities affected

New York, February 21, 2023 – Pipedrive, the easy and effective sales CRM for small businesses, is partnering with the Ukrainian president-founded fundraising platform, UNITED24, to continue its support for Ukraine and channel funds directly to people affected by the war. Pipedrive's first donation of 250,000 USD will go towards rebuilding the Velykokostromska Gymnasium in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Ukraine.

Besides a number of employee-led initiatives and support campaigns, we’ve been providing free Pipedrive subscriptions to our Ukrainian customers. This program has now lasted for two years, serving nearly a thousand companies. Now, we’re taking our support a step further. We will replace our current program and send our financial contributions straight to the local people and communities on the ground to enhance the impact and help Ukrainians lead as normal a life as possible,” says Dominic Allon, CEO at Pipedrive.

Pipedrive will continue to offer services with a 50% discount to all Ukrainian NGOs. In the future, the company will remain dedicated to providing ongoing support and intend to donate profits generated from Ukrainian customers to people in Ukraine. With its long-term partnership with UNITED24, Pipedrive will primarily concentrate on supporting educational projects, one of the key focuses of the company’s ESG initiatives. This includes reconstructing schools, establishing bomb shelters in educational institutions and other humanitarian projects.

The initial project Pipedrive is supporting involves the reconstruction of the Velykokostromska Gymnasium in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. This school, which catered to 250 students and also functioned as a cultural center for the village, was hit by a Russian missile on the night of October 11, 2022. The school was the only educational facility in the community that had a kindergarten, a craft room and an after-school study room, as well as a gym and sports halls.

UNITED24, Ukraine's official fundraising platform launched by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, has achieved remarkable success, gathering over half a billion US dollars in donations from 110 countries in its first 19 months. These funds have been strategically allocated to support humanitarian and medical initiatives, aid in the reconstruction of Ukraine and contribute to defense and demining. 100% of the raised funds are directed to the National Bank of Ukraine’s official accounts, addressing verified needs without incurring any operational fees. The activities of the platform's associated NGOs undergo rigorous auditing by Deloitte for transparency and accountability.
