Pipedrive stands out as one of Estonia’s top employers in 2025 ranking

New York, December 2, 2025 – Pipedrive, the easy and effective sales CRM for small companies, has been recognised as one of Estonia’s leading employers in the 2025 nationwide employer reputation survey by CVKeskus, the country’s largest job search platform. Based on feedback from more than 6,900 employees, the company earned two top positions, ranking 6th among IT and telecommunications employers and 12th across all industries.

“Estonia’s tech and business landscape is highly competitive, and many employers here operate at a level that stands out internationally. Being recognised by thousands of employees across the country shows that the steps we’re taking to support and develop our people are making a real difference. At Pipedrive, we want colleagues to have the conditions they need to grow, do meaningful work and rely on strong, supportive teams. It is especially meaningful to see this reflected in the country where our story began,” said Jaime Newbery, VP People and Culture at Pipedrive.

The CVKeskus annual ranking, now in its 14th year, highlights the employers Estonians would most like to work for, reflecting sentiment across regions, age groups and industries. The overall Top 20 continues to be dominated by the banking and technology sectors. Pipedrive achieved a strong 12th-place ranking, alongside well-known domestic and international brands including Wise, Bolt, Swedbank and LHV.

In the sector-specific ranking for IT and telecommunications, Pipedrive secured 6th place, following established companies such as Telia, Bolt and Elisa. The results reflect Pipedrive’s continued reputation as a competitive and attractive workplace in Estonia’s fast-moving technology landscape.

According to CVKeskus, this year’s results also highlight shifting employee expectations. “Flexible work arrangements remain important, but their appeal has started to fade slightly. The importance of remote work has dropped by six percentage points compared to last year, while expectations for modern working environments have increased,” said Henry Auväärt, Marketing Manager at CVKeskus.ee. “This is influenced by recent developments where many desirable employers have moved into new offices or announced plans to do so in the coming years. These steps naturally raise employees’ expectations.”

CVKeskus.ee’s annual study is one of Estonia’s leading employer perception surveys. The overall ranking is based on unaided brand recall, meaning respondents independently name the employers they consider most desirable. Sector rankings use aided methodology, offering respondents a curated list of employers. The 2025 study included 6,918 participants from across Estonia.

Pipedrive has more than 800 employees across 10 offices worldwide, with about half based in the company’s offices in Estonia.
