The next generation of CRM won’t be defined by more features, but by better judgment, knowing what to surface, when to act and how to guide teams toward smarter outcomes. That’s why I’m happy to welcome Maiko and Sarah to the team. Maiko brings the ability to shape systems into experiences people trust and enjoy using, while Sarah leads the discipline to ensure our decisions are rooted in meaningful and measurable understanding,” said Joe Futty, CPTO at Pipedrive.
