Pipedrive Welcomes Its 800th Employee to the Company

New York, 28 June, 2021 - Pipedrive, the leading CRM for sales and marketing teams, announced today that the company has welcomed its 800th employee to the company. With 54 active vacancies, Pipedrive expects to grow its team to approximately 1000 employees by the end of this year

The growth of the team is in accordance with the company’s ambitious product development plans. Together with its customers, Pipedrive has grown from a single tool to an intuitive, easy-to-use, yet powerful and beneficial multiproduct for sales and marketing teams. As a result of its ambitious plans, there are currently 54 active vacancies and it expects to grow its team by approximately 200 recruits.

According to Oksana Võsa, Pipedrive’s People & Culture Manager, the global pandemic has set new challenges for the company. “We are thrilled to grow as a company and happy to welcome our 800th team member. As a global company, the pandemic has had a significant impact on our recruitment plans - not only because of travel restrictions, but also as a result of the changing economic environment around us. This week, Pipedrive welcomed its 800th employee to the company. Simi Lutchman will be working as a Senior Accountant in Pipedrive’s New York office. "After my initial interview, I was very excited about the role. The people who interviewed me were friendly and informative, making the company and its culture sound inviting. It made me decide that this is the team I want to work for. I like the fact that the company is growing and I can be a contribution to the team as well as grow as an individual at the same time,” said Simi Lutchman.

Developers and engineers account for approximately 48% of the team, Product Managers, Research Managers, Designers, Sales Professionals, Marketing Professionals, and Customer Support Specialists make the rest of the team. 39% of the employees are women. To celebrate its 800 employees, Pipedrive is planting one tree for each employee in India to combat climate change and low air quality. In total, 800 trees will be planted in India.
