To become a Pipedrive affiliate, you need to have either a relevant professional website with landing pages or at least one appropriate professional social media channel for online advertising and promoting Pipedrive that covers online business and e-commerce. Any offline promotional, marketing or other advertising endeavors must receive prior written approval from Pipedrive.

Wondering what affiliate marketing’s commission rate is with Pipedrive? Pipedrive’s affiliate partnership program rewards partners through a structured, growth-oriented tier system designed to incentivize performance and loyalty:

1. Tier 3, Rising Affiliate: we provide a standard 20% revenue share for the first 12 months of each new paying customer, which includes any add-ons purchased by the customer during that period.

2. Tier 2, Growth Affiliate: we provide a generous 30% revenue share for the first 12 months of each new paying customer, which includes any add-ons purchased by the customer during that period.

3. Tier 1, Power Affiliate: we provide custom commission structures tailored to high-performing partners, offering flexible rewards based on specific agreements.

Commission amounts for new paying customers are locked by the 7th day of the month, two months after the customer’s transaction. You’ll receive these commissions on the 13th of each month. Your payments are handled by PartnerStack and can be withdrawn from your PartnerStack account once you’ve earned over $5.

For instance, if your new customer’s transaction was made on March 1, the commission amount for it will be locked on May 7 and paid to you on May 13.

Your performance metrics will be updated on an hourly basis, providing in-depth insights into crucial data points such as clicks, sign-ups, sales, etc., to do with your customer base activity. Furthermore, you’ll have the convenience of withdrawing your earnings directly from your dashboard.

Yes, you can promote Pipedrive on an international scale. There are just a few exceptions, which will be communicated during your approval process if your application suggests an intention to promote Pipedrive in geographically restricted areas.

Pipedrive has three partnerships available:

• Affiliate partners. This is designed for website publishers, industry influencers, independent consultants, VCs and incubators, trade groups and associations or any business interested in earning commission by referring their audience to purchase from Pipedrive directly. After the sign-up is generated, Pipedrive manages all customer journey stages.

• Solution providers. This is designed for solution providers who want to market and resell Pipedrive along with their professional services, such as sales consulting, onboarding, implementing and customizing. Solution providers also own the customer relationship by providing sales, billing (Elite tier only), technical support and account management. There are certain technical certifications and commitments that need to be met in order to participate in the program.

• Technology partners. This is designed for businesses and business owners who want to join Pipedrive’s integration ecosystem with a platform, tool or software.

You can be enrolled either in Pipedrive’s affiliate program or solution provider program at a time. However, you can be a technology partner at any time.

Kindly note that reactivating a terminated account isn’t possible. However, we’re eager to reevaluate our previous partnership and start afresh. If you’d like to do this, you can reapply using the same sign-up process by completing this form. You can provide details about your previous partnership, updated approach and traffic estimates to help us better understand your intentions.

Yes, once we’ve approved your application, you’ll be required to accept our terms of service via your Pipedrive CRM affiliate program dashboard on PartnerStack. Upon acceptance, you will get access to your unique traffic links, enabling you to begin promoting and earning commissions.
