Pipedrive nominated as the Best ICT Employer in Czech Republic

Top Employers eNPS study (eNPS Top Zaměstnavatelé) is a sister study to the Top Employers study, which has been run among university students for more than 10 years. Running for the first time this year, the goal of the eNPS study is to collect unique data for the entire labor market, providing insights about the top employers in different operating categories and concluding which companies employees prefer most. The survey questionnaire was prepared by the organizers of the study, according to the worldwide Net Promoter Score methodology.

The data collection took place online between January 19 and February 2, 2022. There were 3 possibilities to contribute to the voting process: a company sharing the link to the questionnaire among its employees, participating in the survey on his/ her own after verifying their work email, or voting by former employees after verifying their past connection with the company (e.g. a photograph of their name on a payslip, etc). 30,000 people participated in the survey and only verified employees could submit their votes. Only one winner is announced in each category of the eNPS TOP Employers of the Czech Republic competition.
