We are on the hunt for an experienced and passionate TA Partner who wants to find the best talent to join us here at Pipedrive. We've nurtured a People-First culture to be proud of, which is why hiring is a big part of our daily job. You will build great connections with our hiring managers and People Partners, providing guidance and support for all things hiring. While managing the end-to-end hiring process, you will improve hiring practices, create a positive candidate experience, ensure compliance with the local labor market, and play a big role in employer branding and other great initiatives.
Ready, set, recruit!

Your new adventure:

  • Manage the entire recruiting process from job posting to the final stages.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain and improve processes and policies around hiring to ensure compliance and alignment with local laws.
  • Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify which future opportunities they might be a fit for.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track and improve performance.
  • Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, provide guidance, upskill them, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Promote Pipedrive’s employer brand through various channels.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and identify improvement areas.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Does this sound like you?

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of local employment laws and hiring variances.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes in a rapidly growing company.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or other HR software.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and data to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented skills.
  • Fluency in English.
