About us
Pipedrive made a splash in Lisbon during Web Summit 2016, and our journey took off with the opening of our Lisbon office in 2017. After a few moves, we’re thrilled to call our vibrant Casal Ribeiro space home as of 2023.
With over 200 talented individuals from 25+ countries, Lisbon is one of our engineering hubs. But it’s our customer-facing teams that truly shine – they’re the heartbeat of our mission to keep users smiling. It’s a great place to work, collaborate and have fun while making a real impact!
Our traditions
At our Lisbon office, we thrive on community and collaboration. We cherish lunch breaks to recharge, and as foodies, our official office cake is the delightful Bola de Berlin (bet you thought it was Pastel de Nata). The Lisbon office is also one of the few Pipedrive locations that goes all out for its birthday, a tradition the team takes very seriously.
With such a talented team of customer solutions experts, we host regular “One Day in Your Shoes” events to show off the incredible results they deliver for our customers. We’re also active contributors to Lisbon’s engineering scene, hosting meetups and participating in conferences, and love giving back to the wider community – whether we’re supporting animal welfare or rolling up our sleeves for local blood drives.
Outside of work, we stay active with monthly hikes, competitive padel, table tennis and football, strengthening bonds and team spirit. We’re also big on celebrating. Summer brings Summer Garage, our annual festival uniting Pipedrivers from around the world, alongside the family-friendly Pipekids event that fills the office with children and laughter. The year closes with our festive winter awards show, honoring achievements with sparkle, applause and shared pride.
Where you’ll find us
Our Lisbon office is based at Avenida Casal Ribeiro, in Saldanha – right in the middle of the Lisbon business district.
We share our office building with other exciting digital companies, but our lovely terrace on the first floor is exclusively for Pipedrivers! Our all-hands area has an auditorium for regular company-wide meetings, a kitchen filled with snacks and drinks (including yummy ice cream) and a gaming area. The building also offers free parking spots and a gym for us!
