Driving our DEBI strategy

To bring our mission to life, we’ve established the DEBI Steering Committee (SteerCo) – a diverse group from across Pipedrive that helps define and drive the strategy behind our DEBI initiatives. Collaborating with colleagues company-wide, they ensure our efforts reflect everyone’s voices and needs. By involving people from different backgrounds and roles, we foster an inclusive culture throughout the business.

Milestones in our journey

We’re proud to have been recognized as a Diverse Workplace since 2020.

In 2025, Pipedrive received the “Viljuja” (Fruit-Bearer) label – a recognition from Peaasi.ee for being a workplace that values and supports mental health. This label acknowledges organizations that not only care for employees’ mental health but also share best practices and knowledge with others.
