About us

Welcome to Pipedrive Germany, our vibrant new hub right in the heart of Berlin!

Opened on November 23, 2021, it’s now home to 30+ professionals from 15+ countries, all united by a passion for marketing and product development.

Our traditions

At Pipedrive Berlin, we believe that a strong team is built not just on passion for our work, but also on the joy of spending time together. With our diverse roots and cultural backgrounds, we bond over cuisine evenings, sharing everything from tasty tacos to Georgian dumplings. Plus, we love to bring back tasty souvenirs from our travels – nothing brings a team together like food!

We’re all about exploring the city and soaking in the local culture, too! Join us for PipeHikes in the Berlin countryside, scenic boat trips along the Spree and annual Oktoberfest celebrations at our favorite brewery. We’ll also end the year on a high with our winter award show featuring laughter, creative sketches and special appearances from our kids, pets, and even our customers!

Where you’ll find us

Our office is nestled in the bustling Mitte district, boasting incredible public transport links and an endless array of amazing restaurants and coffee spots for food lovers. Our bright and lively office space is designed to spark creativity and camaraderie, complete with comfy couches, an Xbox, and a ping-pong table in our All Hands area – perfect for game nights and team bonding. And yes, we’re a dog-friendly office, so your furry friend can join the fun!

Step into our cozy meeting rooms, each uniquely named after our favorite local dishes (including Currywurst and Döner), where teammates come together to brainstorm and collaborate. Our kitchen is always stocked with Berlin’s best snacks and beverages – including the legendary Club-Mate – to keep the creative energy flowing!
