We’re looking for a Product Operations Manager to drive efficiency and consistency within our esteemed Research and Development (R&D) department in Tallinn. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in establishing and rolling out streamlined yet robust processes and workflows, ensuring innovative and efficient product development across the entire lifecycle. Your new adventure:

  • Work closely with R&D leaders to establish clear goals and KPIs that measure the success and effectiveness of our R&D processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to identify areas for enhancement and processes that require refinement and improvement
  • Create efficient workflows that maximize innovation, and productivity and guarantee efficient delivery in the organization
  • Work closely with teams and leaders to ensure effective change management and smooth rollout of new processes within the organization
  • Collaborate with customer-facing, marketing, and other teams to ensure streamlined communication between R&D and various departments, fostering efficient coordination synergy and alignment

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven at least 3 years experience in process management in software development R&D organization 
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the development lifecycle, methodologies, and ways of working within product, design, and engineering teams
  • Great communication skills, with the ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse teams
  • Strong change management skills helping to roll out processes within the organization seamlessly
  • Proactive mindset
  • Ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive informed decisions
  • Project management expertise, including resource planning and allocation
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Fluency in English
