The “Pipedrive Customer Satisfaction 2024” Survey (“Survey”) is governed by these terms and conditions, together with the Pipedrive Privacy Policy available at https://www.pipedrive.com/en/privacy (the "Terms"). The Survey begins on November 27th, 2024 04:00 AM ET and ends on December 18, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET (the "Survey Period"). By completing the Survey and entering your email, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements and agree to abide by and be bound by these Terms and all decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding.
SPONSOR: Pipedrive Inc., with registered office at 530 Fifth Avenue, 9th floor, Suite 802, New York, NY 10036, US (the "Sponsor").
ELIGIBILITY: This Survey is open to current Clients, or Users of Pipedrive who have an active paid Pipedrive Account and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participants”). “Client” and “User” are as defined in the Pipedrive Terms of Service. Employees of Sponsor and their parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, spouses, or persons living in the same household of employees are not eligible to participate.
HOW TO ENTER: There is a single method to enter: (1) fill out the online survey & leave your email.
Survey Entry: To enter through the online Survey, go to the survey page using the survey link contained in the email, Pipedrive website pop-up or Pipedrive in-app pop-up, which you received from Pipedrive, and complete the Survey within the Survey Period and enter your email address.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted, regardless of entry method used. Subsequent attempts to enter made by the same individual may result in disqualification. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
No other methods of entry will be accepted. Entries are limited to individuals only. Use of a false account will disqualify an entry. Entries will be deemed to have been made by the authorised account holder of the email or telephone phone number submitted at the time of entry and qualification. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Survey and a dispute thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the Authorised Account Holder of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. "Authorised Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address or mobile phone number by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organisation which is responsible for assigned e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Entries which are late, lost, stolen, mutilated, tampered with, illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received by the deadline or at all due to difficulty accessing the internet, service outage, computer difficulties or other technological problems. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Sponsor.
REWARD: In return for their participation the first 2000 Participants to fully complete the Survey and reach the thank-you page within the Survey Period, will receive a reward of their choice up to the value of $15 from a variety available on Tremendous (the “Reward”). Reward amounts will automatically be converted into the local currency of the Participant, depending on the Participant's chosen country or location. Each Participant will receive an email from Tremendous with instructions on how to claim their Reward. No cash, or Reward substitution is permitted. The Reward will be sent to Reward Recipients within four (4) weeks on the expiry of the Survey Period.
No more than the stated number of Rewards will be awarded, and all Rewards listed above will be awarded.
All taxes are the sole responsibility of the Participant who receives a Reward.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: This Survey is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. All disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved by the applicable courts of the City of New York, New York..
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void suspect entries and/or terminate the Survey and/or disqualify a Participant if there is any suspected or actual evidence of fraud, and award the Reward to alternative Participant in the event that an eligible Participant has been disqualified, or is deemed ineligible for any reason.
If, for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this survey), the Survey is not capable of being conducted as described in these Terms, Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Survey.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in addition to those other rights reserved herein, to modify any dates or deadlines set forth in these Terms or otherwise governing the Survey, and any such changes will be posted here in the Terms.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BY ENTERING THE SURVEY, PARTICIPANTS, ON BEHALF OF THEMSELVES AND THEIR HEIRS, EXECUTORS, ASSIGNS AND REPRESENTATIVES, RELEASE AND HOLD, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, AND THE CURRENT AND FORMER OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF EACH OF THE FOREGOING, AND ALL THOSE ACTING UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE FOREGOING, OR ANY ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES AND REWARD SUPPLIERS (EACH A "RELEASED PARTY"), HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER (COLLECTIVELY, THE "CLAIMS") WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, SUSPECTED OR UNSUSPECTED, WHICH PARTICIPANTS EVER HAD, NOW HAVE, OR HEREAFTER HAS AGAINST THE RELEASED PARTIES (OR ANY OF THEM), INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SURVEY OR PARTICIPANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SURVEY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS FOR LIBEL, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, VIOLATION OF THE RIGHT OF PUBLICITY, COMMERCIAL APPROPRIATION OF NAME AND LIKENESS, INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHT OR VIOLATION OF ANY OTHER PERSONAL OR PROPRIETARY RIGHT), AND THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP, USE, MISUSE, TRANSFER, SALE OR OTHER DISPOSITION OF THE REWARD (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH, EXCEPT WHERE CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASED PARTY).
PRIVACY: The Participant acknowledges that Pipedrive needs to gather and process the following personal data from them in order for the Participant to take part in any Survey: first name, surname, email address. Your personal data will only be processed for the purposes of sending a Reward for undertaking the Survey. The personal data you provide to Pipedrive will be processed in accordance with the Pipedrive Privacy Policy; pipedrive.com/en/privacy.
BY ENTERING THE SURVEY, YOU AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
