The Pipedrive Community is now closed – but we still want to hear from you

We’re continuously looking to improve the ways we connect with and support our customers. While the Community platform was valuable, we believed that there were more effective ways to gather feedback and support customers. This change is part of a broader effort to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

All data from the Community is being handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and Terms of Service.

From September 1, your data will be anonymized or deleted. If you’d like to download your account data, please contact our support team before then.

We still want to hear from you! You can share feedback through our support team or your customer success manager. Your input continues to shape our product through internal Voice of Customer (VoC) channels.

While the Community is closing, you can still get support through:
