How the AI report creator works
1. Click “Generate report” in the Insights section
You can find the new AI report generator in the Insights section of your Pipedrive account.
Either click the “Generate report” button on the top of your screen or click “Create” in the top-left of the section and select “Generate report” from the list of options that appears.
2. Describe the report you want
A pop-up window will appear, with a field where you can describe your report requirements in your own words.
Alternatively, if you’re not sure or need some inspiration, you can choose from one of 14 sample prompts to get started – we’ll be adding even more in the future. These sample prompts include:
How many deals have been created this year?
What percentage of deals have been won this year?
How many activities have been completed this week?
3. Adjust your report once it’s generated
Your report will take a few seconds to generate and will look like any other report in Insights.
After the report appears, you can continue instructing the AI to make changes to your report so you have exactly what you want by either using text prompts or adjusting the filters.
Once you’re happy, you can save the report to your dashboard.
